Overview

This article will show you how to create new Roles within your CivicReady System. 

Important Note 

Do not delete existing roles. To see a list of default roles view this article

Instructions

1. Navigate to Manage Roles
   
   
2. Click the blue plus sign 
   
3. Create Roll Name
   
   
4. Select the default alert form - The default alert or poll form will be the default form this roll will access under Send Alert and Send Poll.
   
5. Select the default poll form 
   
   
6. Select Permissions 
   
   
7. Click Save
