Embed Code for Public Sign-Up Page

An embed code can be used to place the public sign-up page on your site. If you have a Municipal Website Central (formerly CivicEngage Central) website, it can go in an HTML widget or an editor widget.

To use your friendly URL, follow the format below:

• County-state.myfreealerts.com
