Overview

This article will show you how to create a new IPAWS user and set their alerting permissions 

Important Note

For best practices, each individual who can send an IPAWS alert must have their own login and password.

Instructions

1. Select Admin Dropdown menu
   
2. Select User
   
   
3. Click Create New User 
   
   
4. Fill out User Fields 
   
   Required Fields: Email address, First Name, Last Name
5. Select Alerting Permissions for DEMO and LIVE 
   
   
6. Select Roles for Agency Admin 
   
   Edit: Gives the user the ability to edit feature 
   View: Gives the user the ability to view the feature 
   
7. Select Roles for User 
   
   
8. Click Create User
