This article will instruct you on how to edit the notifications you receive from Mass Notification (formerly, CivicReady).

Existing Experience Instructions
- Navigate to your community public signup link. The link is unique to your municipality.
- Select Modify or Unsubscribe
- Type in your Email address or Phone number
- Click Find my profile
- If you type in your Phone number you will be sent a confirmation code via SMS (text). Type in the Confirmation Code, select I'm not a robot, and click Confirm
- If you type in your email you will be sent an email with further instructions. Go to your email and select the link in the email.
Note: If you can't find the email double check your spam folder. - Edit the necessary information
- Click I'm not a robot and then Update My Preferences

Note: This experience is currently in beta and has not been released to all customers. If you are interested in using the new sign-up page, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
