This article will show you how to unsubscribe from CivicReady Notifications. 

Instructions 

1. Navigate to your community public signup link. The link is unique to your municipality.  
   • To find your unique URL view How to FInd Public SIgnup URL
2. Select Modify or Unsubscribe 
   
   
3. Type in your Email address or Phone number
   
   
4. Click Find my profile 
   
   
5. If you type in your Phone number you will be sent a confirmation code via SMS. Type in the confirmation code > Select I'm not a robot > click Confirm
   
6. If you type in your email you will be sent an email with further instructions - Go to your email and select the link in the email.
   
   Note: If you can't find the email double check your spam folder. 
7. Select unsubscribe at the top of the page. 
   
8. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you signed up with
