This article will show you how to unsubscribe from Mass Notification (formerly CivicReady) notifications.

Existing Unsubscribe Experience
- Navigate to your community public signup link. The link is unique to your municipality.
- Select Modify or Unsubscribe
- Type in your Email address or Phone number
- Click Find my profile
- If you type in your Phone number you will be sent a confirmation code using SMS (text). Type in the Confirmation Code, select I'm not a robot, and click Confirm
- If you type in your email you will be sent an email with further instructions. Go to your email and select the link in the email.
Note: If you can't find the email double-check your spam folder. - Select Unsubscribe
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you signed up with
New Unsubscribe Experience
Mass Notification now uses our CivicPlus Portal for a more streamlined resident sign-up experience.
Note: This experience is currently in beta and has not been released to all customers. If you are interested in using the new sign-up page, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Unsubscribe Instructions
- Go to your organization's Portal page
- Select the Alerts & Notifications tab
- Select the Alerts or Weather Alerts tab
- Click the toggle button next to the list you want to unsubscribe fromNote: You can also use the Unsubscribe from All button to unsubscribe from all alerts.
- A green confirmation bar will appear in the bottom right corner when you have successfully unsubscribed
