Groups are where Members are organized into their appropriate messaging groups. Users are able to create as many groups as they need and can categorize their groups based on any number of unique criteria.
This article will show you how to edit a group
Important Note
Users should not be added to parent groups
Instructions
- Navigate to Manage Groups
- Locate and select the Group you would like to edit
- Edit necessary information
Classification: Classify group as public or internal.
Parent: Select the parent group the child group should be placed under.
Group Name: The title of the group.
Notes: A short, descriptive phrase for the group.
Add New Child Group: Add a child group to fall under this group.
Print Group Members: Print off a list of the members in the current group
Export Group Members: Export a list of the members in the current group
Delete Group Members from System: Deletes members from the system
Group Internal Members: Select and add any members to the group.
Child Groups: add an existing group as a linked child. - Click Submit
