This article will show internal users how to sign in to CivicReady, now our Mass Notification system using CivicPlus Single Sign-On.
Important Notes
- This article is intended for staff users only. Public users should view the Public Sign-Up to CivicReady Notifications article for instructions on how to sign up for notifications.
- If you do not have an account, you can create a new CivicPlus Single Sign-On (SSO) account.
- If you are a staff user with multiple active profiles in the system, your login experience will include additional steps. View the Switch Between Multiple CivicReady Profiles article for instructions in this scenario.
Instructions
- Navigate to the CivicReady (Mass Notification system) sign-in page
- Enter your Email and click Next
- You will be redirected to the SSO page where you will confirm your email address and click Continue
Note: If your organization uses a Custom Identity Provider for sign-ins, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to your dashboard as depicted in Step 6.
If you do not have an account, you can create a new CivicPlus Single Sign-On (SSO) account. - Enter your Password
- Click Sign In
- You will be rerouted to your Dashboard
