The Residential Database is a secret group created by CivicPlus that contains verified residential phone numbers with first name, last name, and address. This information is sourced for your location from our vendor partner and provides you “white page” listings. This is contact information was synced with your Emergency Alerts group to ensure that members of your community who may not have email addresses are notified during an emergency.
- Note: You do not need to modify this group as it’s set per our best practices.
The only time you should utilize your residential database information is in case of an emergency alert. An emergency alert is the only time local governments can send communication out without people explicitly opting-in to receive it.
