Connect Your Nextdoor Account

The Nextdoor integration allows your organization to send an alert out from the Mass Notification solution and automatically have it also posted on a Nextdoor account. This will increase the reach for critical alerts.

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Select the Manage Social Media tab under Settings
    Manage Social Media.
  3. Click Add new social media account
    Add New Social Media Account.
  4. Select Add next to Nextdoor
    Add button next to Nextdoor.
  5. Log into your Nextdoor account
    Nextdoor Log in.
  6. Click Accept when prompted
    Nextdoor Accept.
  7. A message will appear letting you know an account was created, close the window
    Nextdoor Account Created.
  8. Click View Accounts List
    Mass Notification View Accounts List.
  9. Your Nextdoor account will be listed
    Nextdoor Account connected.
  10. You can now send an alert to Nextdoor
    Nextdoor checkbox on the send alert form.
