Group Creation Based on Custom Tags

Overview

We offer the ability to create groups based on custom tags.

We allow clients to set tags during user import. These tags can be set as filters within groups.

There are two options to filter users with this feature:

  • Filter by Network
  • Filter by Master Group

When you import users and they match the filter set within the group, the user will become part of the group. This option effectively removes the need to add the CivicReady group ID to the extract script that we use to find the user who needs to import to CivicReady. This makes the overall import process very simple.
