Multiple Phone Numbers and Emails per Recipient

Overview

With CivicReady, you can add multiple contact emails and telephone numbers. 

Our database integration clients can simply enter an email address or telephone number followed by a semi-colon(;) then input the additional email address or telephone number. This process can repeat as many times as necessary. 

A member can login to CivicReady, navigate to their Email & Phone preferences tab and enter as many email addresses and/or telephone numbers as necessary. 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to User Profile > My Profile

  2. Click +Add new/another email address and/or +Add new/another Phone Number

  3. For email address:
    1. Input Email Address

    2. Click Send Email here to indicate that is an email address to send emails to

  4. For phone number:
    1. Enter Country, Phone Number, and Phone Type (Home, Work, Cell, Other)

    2. Choose Voice and/or Text to indicate primary message form

    3. Select I allow Regroup to send me voice and text messages. (Standard rates apply). to allow incoming messages

  5. Repeat this process for however many times as necessary
  6. If you need to remove an email address/phone number, click the trashcan next to the item

  7. Choose Remove to confirm deletion
