View all Ways to Send a Message

Overview

CivicReady offers several ways for our clients to send out a message on our system.

  • Web UI: You are able use the CivicReady web interface to send a message to several groups at once; this is mobile responsive.
  • Email In: You can send an email to a specific group email address from an authorized email address. When you send a message to multiple group emails, you are able to post the message to multiple groups. For more information, please visit our Find a Group's E-Mail Address article.
  • Text In: You can send a text message into a special phone number for a specific group if Text-In is enabled.
    • Note: The Regroup AlertManager App is another way for admins to send notifications, available on both iOS and Android.
