Edit an Existing Scheduled Message

Overview

This article will show you how to edit an existing Scheduled Message

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Posts
    Posts.png
  2. Select the Scheduled Posts tab on the left-hand side

  3. Hover over the three dots next to the desired post

  4. Click and select Edit

  5. Edit fields

    • Subject (Title): Edit the subject heading
    • Subject (Email): Edit the email content
    • Text (SMS) Message: Edit the text message content
      • Same as email: Check to make the SMS Message the same as the Email Message
  6. Click Edit Time at the top of the page to modify the time that is scheduled

  7. Edit the time

    • Date: Specify a date for the post
    • Time: Specify a time for the post
    • Recurring time (currently reflected as None): Choose from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or None
    • Timezone: Specify a timezone for the post
  8. Select Save

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
