Who can use this feature?
This article will show you how to change what appears as your Group's From email address.
- Navigate to Groups
- Select a group
- Click Settings
- Scroll to Custom Email Options and click Expand, if necessary
- Change the From Name and Email Address
- Adjust your Reply To settings, if necessary
- Replies sent to the whole group: Reply emails are sent to all group members
- Replies are sent to the author of the message: Reply emails are sent to the original sender
- Leave Reply-To Blank: Provide no option to reply
- Use a custom reply-to email address: Enter a specific reply-to email address
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
