State-Wide Emergency Handling


Due to having bottleneck prevention in place, any possible increase in the volume of messages will not affect CivicReady clients. CivicReady uses several redundant methods of communication to circumvent this possible issue by including email, text, voice alert, push notification, as well as integration with a host of third-party systems to disseminate the notification.

These measures ensure that the CivicReady system does not go down if an emergency were to hit the entire state and there should not be a delay to yourself or other CivicReady clients in your area.
