Email Analytics Report

Overview

This article will show you how to view email analytics for any given post.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports
    Reports.png
  2.  Select Standard Posts on the left-hand side

  3. Select a message/post
    Select_message.png
  4. Scroll to Summary - Email and click View Analytics Report

  5. View the Analytics Report, a detailed engagement log
    Analytics_Report.png
    • Device Engagement: Indicates the reader's platform to view the email
    • Email Clients: Indicates user email client (ex: Gmail, AOL, etc) 
    • Recipient Engagement:
      • Glanced/Unread: Email open for less than eight seconds
      • Skimmed: Email open for less than 30 seconds
      • Read: User has read the email in full
