Default Post Settings

Who can use this feature?

Overview

You have the ability to set defaults for your entire network for Default Post Settings, Phone Type, Caller ID, and Email Footers.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Posts 
    Posts.png
  2.  Select Post Settings
    Post_Settings.png
  3. Navigate through Default Post Settings options
    Default_Post_Settings.png
    • Default Post Settings: Designate what post methods automatically check on the post page
    • Post Translation: Check to automatically enable post translation
    • Phone Types: Designate by default to which phone types all Text to Speech or Text/SMS messages will deliver to
    • Caller ID: Set the default Caller Name and Caller ID that appear when you send Text to Speech and Voice Broadcast
    • Email Footer: Enter text that goes into an email footer
      • Note: Use {} for linked text. Use [] for custom fields.
         
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page
