Overview
You have the ability to set defaults for your entire network for Default Post Settings, Phone Type, Caller ID, and Email Footers.
Instructions
- Navigate to Posts
- Select Post Settings
- Navigate through Default Post Settings options
- Default Post Settings: Designate what post methods automatically check on the post page
- Post Translation: Check to automatically enable post translation
- Phone Types: Designate by default to which phone types all Text to Speech or Text/SMS messages will deliver to
- Caller ID: Set the default Caller Name and Caller ID that appear when you send Text to Speech and Voice Broadcast
- Email Footer: Enter text that goes into an email footer
- Note: Use {} for linked text. Use [] for custom fields.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
